To apply for an apartment, visit our website at www.flatsatmerrillpond.com. Click the "Login" tab in the top right corner, select "Applicant," and follow the prompts to complete your application.
Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!
Flats at Merrill Pond offers flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months. Please note that short-term leases may be subject to a premium.
You can pay your rent online through our resident portal, or make payments using checks or money orders.
While renter's insurance is not required at Flats at Merrill Pond, we highly recommend it. If you choose not to obtain your own, we offer liability coverage for a small monthly fee
Your rent includes water, sewer, trash removal, and snow removal.
To set up your utilities, simply contact your electric and cable providers, and they will assist you with setting up the services in your name.
At the Flats at Merrill Pond, you can choose between Spectrum and Verizon for your internet and cable services.

Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly, and the neighborhood is perfect for walks. PETCO is located nearby at the Shops at Blackstone. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a $50 monthly pet fee. Please note that breed restrictions apply.

Maintenance
Yes, we have onsite maintenance available, along with 24/7 emergency services for your convenience.
For maintenance issues, you can submit a request through the resident portal or call 508-519-3035 and follow the prompts.
Being present is optional. With your permission, our maintenance team can perform the work without you being there.
